What is LarvaStocks
LarvaStocks is a 8,888-piece voxel NFT collection on Robinhood Chain (chain id 4663), tied to the $LARVA token launched on Pons. An activated larva automatically collects the assets you choose every hour, paid for by $LARVA trading fees. Those assets build up inside the NFT itself, and travel with it if you sell. There are thirteen options: eleven tokenized stocks (AAPLx, MSFTx, NVDAx, AMZNx, GOOGLx, METAx, TSLAx, PLTRx, AMDx, GMEx, SPCXx), USDG for a stable payout, and $PONS. $LARVA itself is never paid out: it is a burn token, spent to activate, upgrade and fuse. Six hand made one of a kind pieces exist inside the 8,888.
The site is also a trading desk: the Leverage page lets you long or short those same stocks with leverage, powered by Lighter, with zero fees from LarvaStocks. And My Larva shows everything in one place: your LarvaStocks, what they are holding, your earnings and your positions.
Buying & activate
Mint is sold out. All 8,888 minted at 0.0001 ETH each. Once minted, you can also pick one up on the secondary market on OpenSea. Supply only falls from there, because fusing destroys the LarvaStocks it absorbs.
- Buy: the mint is sold out, so pick one up on the secondary market. It is yours but asleep, and earns nothing yet.
- Activate: burn 25,000 $LARVA. It now earns at tier 1×.
- Choose your stocks: pick up to three. Until you do, a larva is paid in USDG by default.
Activation is personal. When a larva is sold or transferred it goes back to sleep, and the new owner burns 25,000 $LARVA to wake it. The tier and fuse bonus never reset. The only tokens that ever leave your wallet are the ones you burn in a transaction you sign yourself.
Earning: rounds, tables and tiers
Rounds are hourly. Each round, the fee pot is divided across all listed assets based on every larva's split and tier. Crediting happens every hour and you never claim it. Buying is separate: once an asset's pot reaches the minimum trade size, a bot buys it and puts it in your larva's vault, or straight in your wallet if you have chosen that instead. That minimum is 0.00001 ETH and the engine's owner can change it. It can never take your credit: anything under the minimum rolls into the next round, so small balances build up rather than being lost.
Your split decides what you collect, not how much. Pick up to three assets and give each a share of your hourly earnings. Choosing USDG means a stable dollar payout. Until you pick, a fresh activation defaults to USDG. Two LarvaStocks at the same tier are credited the same value whatever they picked; what it is worth afterwards depends on the assets you chose and the price they filled at. You can change your split whenever you like; it applies from the next round.
Your larva must be active before a round starts to earn it. No payout sniping, no collect-and-run.
| Tier | Total $LARVA burned |
|---|---|
| 1× (active) | 25,000 |
| 1.4× | 75,000 |
| 1.9× | 150,000 |
| 2.5× | 300,000 |
| 3.5× | 850,000 |
Burns are cumulative and permanent. The tier stays with the NFT forever, including when it is sold.
The bot cannot touch prices. The contract works out the minimum acceptable output itself from the pool's own 30 minute average and allows at most 3% below it. Anything worse reverts and the money rolls forward to the next round. A broken bot can only delay a round. It can never take from one.
How your piece is chosen
Every mint is final and each piece is handed out exactly once, so all 8,888 are unique and none is minted twice. We do not pick, hold back, or reserve anything.
Your piece is drawn inside your own mint transaction and shows the moment it confirms. There is no waiting and no reveal day: your larva shows its real artwork and its real traits from the moment the mint confirms, on this site and on OpenSea.
Fusing
Merge two or three of your LarvaStocks into one. Their tier weights add together, with a 20% bonus for two and a 30% bonus for three. Fusing burns 50,000 $LARVA, then 100,000 more for a third. Absorbed LarvaStocks are destroyed permanently, so the supply only falls.
Being straight about the trade: because the bonus adds weight, the fused larva earns more than its parents did combined, and every other larva's share of each round goes down very slightly. You gain, everyone else pays a little for it. What fusing does for the collection is shrink it.
The survivor is stitched from its parents. Half the body comes from each, joined down the middle by gold stitching, with one eye from each parent and a gold mark on the chest carrying a gem in each parent's colour. A third parent gilds it: the seam goes solid gold and a third gem is set. The larva you picked first keeps its side, its background and its number. The art updates here straight away; OpenSea refreshes on its own schedule, so it can take a little longer to show there.
Because the picture is stitched from the exact pair that fused, no two fused LarvaStocks look alike, and no minted one can ever look like any of them.
The vault comes with it. Everything the absorbed LarvaStocks had banked moves into the survivor in the same transaction, and nothing is left behind on a burned token.
The vault
Your stocks build up inside the NFT. Every hour, what your larva earns goes into that larva rather than your wallet. It stays there until you take it out, and there is no deadline.
It belongs to the token, not to you. The balance is held against the token number, so if you sell the larva the stocks inside go with it. That is the point: a larva holding $340 of stock is worth at least $340 to whoever buys it next, and you can see exactly what any larva is holding on the explorer before you buy.
There is no fee to take it out. There is no setting anywhere in the contract that could add one later, either. You pay the gas to claim, which is about a cent, and that goes to the chain rather than to us. Your money never depends on our server being up: claiming is a call to the vault that anybody can make for their own larva.
You can turn it off. Switch any larva to pay straight to your wallet every hour instead, and switch it back whenever. Vaulting is simply the default.
Nobody can touch what is in there but you. Only the wallet holding a token can move what that token holds, and it can only ever move to that same wallet. Not us, not the keeper, not the deployer. The contract has no owner, no pause, no upgrade and no recovery hatch, which also means anything sent to it by mistake is stuck for good.
Leverage: the trading desk
The Leverage page lets you long or short the same stocks your larva earns, with leverage, straight from this site. The markets are perp contracts that track each stock's price, plus crypto. Prices on the page are live.
Powered by Lighter. Trades execute on Lighter, the perps exchange, not on LarvaStocks contracts. LarvaStocks adds no fee to any trade. Lighter currently charges no trading fee on these markets; perp positions still pay or receive funding, and Lighter sets its own terms.
Nothing custodial. Your margin sits in your own Lighter trading account, created automatically by your first deposit. LarvaStocks never holds your funds, your keys, or your positions. Every order is signed by you, and you can use Lighter directly without our site at any time.
The earnings bridge. Point your split at USDG and your larva earns trading margin every hour. One tap moves your earnings into your trading account. An automatic version is planned after launch.
The honest part. Leverage can lose you everything you put in, fast. A liquidation closes your position and your margin is gone. This is a separate protocol we do not control, and nothing about it is guaranteed. Trade only what you can afford to lose.
Fees & where the money goes
| Flow | Split |
|---|---|
| Trading fees (WETH side) | 80% buys tokenized stock for holders, automatically |
| Mint | 0.0001 ETH → treasury |
| Resale royalty | 5%, declared on chain through ERC-2981. Marketplaces that honour the standard pay it; the contract cannot force one that does not |
Trading generates the fees that pay you. 80% of everything that arrives is forwarded into the earning engine every hour, which buys the assets you picked and puts them inside your larva. The remaining 20% is kept as a reserve that funds keeper gas, the site, and development; it is taken from newly arrived fees only, never from what has already been set aside. $LARVA is never handed out: the only way it moves is when a holder burns it to activate, upgrade or fuse, so the supply only falls.

The vault is the one that holds your assets, so it is the one worth checking. It has no owner, no pause, no upgrade and no way for anybody but the holder of a token to move what that token holds.

FAQ
Can the team touch my tokens?
No. The token contract can only burn tokens you send in a transaction you sign yourself. If you stake, your $LARVA sits in the staking contract, which has no owner and can only ever return it to you. You can verify this in the source code when the addresses are published.
What do I actually earn?
Tokenized stock from the table you chose. By default it builds up inside your larva and stays there until you take it out, which is free. You can switch any larva to pay straight to your wallet every hour instead.
Can I lose money?
Yes. Stock can go down, $LARVA can go down, and earnings depend entirely on trading volume. Nothing is guaranteed.
What happens when I sell my larva?
Whatever is in its vault goes with it. That is the point: the buyer is buying the NFT and the stock inside it, and they can see exactly how much that is before they buy. If you want to keep it, claim it first, which is free. Anything you already claimed is in your wallet and stays yours. The buyer gets the tier and the fuse bonus too, but it arrives asleep: they burn 25,000 $LARVA to wake it.
Do I need to claim my earnings?
Only when you want them out. Crediting and buying happen automatically every hour with nothing to sign, and the stock lands in your larva's vault. Taking it out is one press: there is no fee, you only pay the gas, which is about a cent. If you would rather skip that step, switch the larva to pay straight to your wallet. If a transfer ever fails, it is held against your larva and can be pushed through later. It is never destroyed.
What if the keeper goes down?
Fees keep building up and the next successful run catches up. The bot can delay rounds but it can never take funds or worsen a price, because the contract enforces the minimum price itself.
Who runs the leverage trading?
Lighter, a separate perps exchange. Our site is a window into it. Lighter charges zero trading fees and LarvaStocks adds nothing on top. Your margin and positions live in your own Lighter account, never with us.
Can I lose money trading with leverage?
Yes, easily, and fast. A liquidation wipes the margin you put into that position. Leverage is optional and completely separate from your hourly earnings, which keep flowing either way.
Where do I see everything I own?
The My Larva page. Your LarvaStocks with their tiers and splits, what each one is holding, your earnings and your open positions, all on one page.
Can you take what is in the vault?
No, and not by choice: there is no function that would let us. Only the wallet holding a token can move what that token holds, and it can only ever move to that same wallet. There is no owner, no pause, no upgrade and no recovery hatch in the vault contract. The same fact has a sharp edge worth knowing: anything sent to it by mistake is stuck for good.
Why would I fuse?
A bigger tier weight and a permanent bonus, held in one NFT instead of several, and a permanently smaller collection. It does not raise what other holders earn; because the bonus adds weight, their share of each round dips slightly.
Can anyone snipe the grails?
We will not pretend this is impossible. Because your piece is drawn as you mint, so that you see it right away, a determined bot can work out what a mint would give it and only send the ones it likes. Contracts cannot mint here, which rules out the cheap version of that trick, but it does not rule out all of it. The honest position: minting early is not an edge, timing is not an edge, but a well built bot could take more than its share of the six grails. We chose showing you your piece instantly over locking that door. The mint is sold out now, so the grails live on the secondary market.
